Abstracts Guidelines

Abstract Submission

Although abstract submission is not required to attend the AXON-2019 meeting, all attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts. Submission deadlines are posted at the web site. Once the deadline has passed, the meeting's organizing committee reads through all abstracts, makes decisions about those selected for oral versus poster presentations, and finalizes the meeting program. Abstracts submitted after the deadline may be forwarded to the organizers for possible consideration as poster presentations only, if the meeting is not oversubscribed.

Abstract submission will be carried out using the electronic platform only. Note that logging within the electronic platform is required prior to abstract submission. Enter in the personal area, create a password to access the portal of registration. Password must be between 6 and 8 digits long. Once you have logged in the personal area you will find the abstract submission instructions on "Send Abstracts" Menu.

Abstracts are limited to 400 words.

The official Language of the conference is English

Submissions types

The Scientific Committee will determinate the final format of presentations, contacting authors when their presentations are accepted


  • Size: The posters will have maximum dimensions of 120 cm high (47in) by 90 cm (35in) wide.
  • Orientation: Vertical

Talk or Poster:

  • The scientific Committee will make decisions about those selected for oral

Invited Speakers:

  • This option is only for those who have been invited for speak at the conference

Registration Package

Regular package covers registration and food. Travel, ground transportation costs and accommodation are not covered by the registration fee.


Registration fee is 450€. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. If paying by academic or personal check, note that payment is due four weeks in advance of the start of the meeting. Be sure to include your name and the title of the work you are presenting. All bank charges associated with payment are the responsibility of the registrant.

Late Registration Fees

Registrations completed between three days and four weeks prior to the start of a meeting are subject to a 100€ late fee. Registrations completed less than three days prior to the start of a meeting are subject to a 200€ late fee.

Cancellation Fees

Registrations cancellation must be electronically mailed to the Technical Secretary:

The cancellations received before May, 30th 2019 will have a penalty of 15% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses.
